Carrier Qualifications
Routes are operated by carriers with road passenger transport or charter qualifications. Driver and vehicle information is pushed to users before the trip.Display qualification number after selecting a shift。
Itinerary & Refunds
Group ride services are cancelled if the minimum passenger count is not met 2 hours before departure, with full refunds issued for paid orders. Private charters depart as scheduled.
Cancel and Reschedule
No fee for cancellations made more than 4 hours before departure; a service fee of 20% of the seat price applies for cancellations within 4 hours. Ticket changes are subject to available seats on the selected bus.
Please arrive at the station by the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and cancellation fees will apply according to our policy.
