Platform Dispatch and Driver Acceptance
After payment is successful, the order enters the platform dispatch pool for assignment by pre-approved drivers.
Platform driver order acceptance
All assigned drivers have passed verification of their driver's license, vehicle registration, ride-hailing transport permit, and occupational qualification certificate, and have successfully completed the simulated order-taking assessment.
Track Order Status
Pending Payment → Dispatch Pending → Order Accepted → In Progress → Completed. Status updates are synced in real time toUser Center。
External Platform Order Integration (2Home)
Integrated with Amap Ride-hailing and Meituan Ride-hailing. Orders from these platforms enter the platform dispatch pool for driver acceptance, with trip status updates synced back to the source platforms.
